I am an English and Dutch speaking psychologist, trained in cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance commitment therapy, with an additional focus on women's mental health. I provide a wide range of mental health services, such as, but not limited to: - Cognitive behavioural therapy - Acceptance and commitment therapy - Depression and anxiety - Stress and burn-out - Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - Grief and loss - Low self-esteem - Wellbeing at work - Expatriation - Topics related to women's mental health; prenatal and postnatal mental health, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, menopause. - Cognitive screening; neuropsychological assessment with intelligence tests (WAIS-IV/WISC-IV) and memory and attention screening tools In addition to my work as psychologist I have worked in international mental health policy, while having lived in different countries around the world. With my background I am taking a broad perspective in my therapy. Moreover, I am aware of difficulties associated with integrating in a new society.
