Présentation

I am an English and German speaking psychologist, who is trained from an integrative perspective. My therapy is rooted in the humanistic and existential approach, to create healthy thought processes and to shape a more fulfilled version of yourself. My office is situated in the heart of Paris in the 8th arrondissement or we could meet online via the Doctolib video platform. I provide a wide range of mental health services, such as, but not limited to : - EMDR Therapy - life transitions : pregnancy, parenthood, loss, separation, etc. ; - expatriate life : settling into a new environment and culture ; - relationship coaching/difficulties : strengthen personal and family relationships ; - couples therapy ; - depressions and anxiety ; - stress and burn out ; - post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) ; - low self-esteem ; - life coaching : providing guidance with difficult decisions ; - professional coaching : thriving at work. In addition to my experience as a psychologist, I have worked in fast paced and high pressure environments at a first tier Management Consulting Firm and an International Recruiting Firm. I therefore know the pressures of juggling work stress with your personal and social life all too well. Furthermore, through my international experience across Europe and Africa, I am aware of the difficulties faced when integrating into a new society, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
